Nativo Experience This is a half-day excursion (ideal for the day of arrival or departure) with an anthropological focus, taking a journey through time about the passage of humans in these lands. We take a 4x4 trip along the coast of Lake Argentino, leaving from El Calafate towards the east. We take a road that runs along the shore of Lake Argentino until we reach the Mirador del Acantilado vantage point, from where we'll have panoramic views of the lake and the Cordillera de los Andes. Then we'll descend to the coast, where we'll enter the world of the Natives through an archaeological site that protects the cave paintings. Those cultures left their mark on the rock, which today prompts us to interpret them. The excursion culminates in the main cave, with a lunch or dinner that will transport us back to those distant years.
Duration approximately 3 hours. From pick-up to drop-off. Departures all year round: AM with lunch or PM with dinner. Difficulty level: low. We recommend: Warm clothes, gloves and a hat.
