Discover the Argentinian Patagonia through your camera on a unique experience designed for photography lovers. We'll travel from El Calafate to El Chaltén along scenic routes, panoramic vantage points, and incredible landscapes with a professional photographer who will help you capture the most authentic essence of southern Patagonia.
This full-day excursion was created especially for those who want to discover and photograph some of the most breathtaking scenery in southern Patagonia, whether they are taking their first steps in photography or already have intermediate experience.
Accompanied by a professional photographer, we'll explore different natural settings, looking for the best light, composition, and landscape conditions to capture unique images of mountains, lakes, wildlife, and scenic routes.
The experience begins in El Calafate, from where we will depart for El Chaltén along the emblematic Route 40. Along the way, we'll make several strategic stops to admire and capture the vastness of the Patagonian steppe, the glaciers, the glacial rivers, and the mountains that begin to appear on the horizon.
Along the way, we'll encounter typical fauna of the region, such as guanacos, condors, and choiques, in their natural environment.
Throughout the day, the photographer-guide will share tips on composition, framing, using natural light, and finding landscapes, adapting to the level and style of each participant.
In addition to photography, we'll learn stories about the region, the geological formations of the landscape, and cultural aspects linked to the indigenous peoples who inhabited these lands.
As we approach El Chaltén, we'll make a panoramic stop at one of the best spots to photograph the imposing Mount Fitz Roy and the mountain range that defines this world-renowned destination.
Once in the village, we'll continue to various vantage points overlooking Cerro Torre, the De las Vueltas River, and hanging glaciers, offering numerous opportunities to capture the essence of Patagonia.
Afterwards, each passenger will have approximately three free hours to explore El Chaltén at their own pace, enjoy its cuisine, walk around the village, or continue taking pictures of its unique landscapes.
Finally, we'll meet again at a meeting point to begin the journey back to El Calafate, after having enjoyed an unforgettable day among mountains, wildlife, and some of the most iconic landscapes of southern Patagonia.
