商品説明
You’ll take part in a hands-on Argentine asado experience, learning the ritual step by step just like locals do. From lighting the fire and managing the embers to selecting the right cuts and understanding cooking times, you’ll actively prepare an authentic asado from scratch with expert guidance.
To complete the experience, you’ll join a vermouth workshop: discover its history in Argentina and create your own vermouth to enjoy as locals do during the “previo” while the fire is going. As the meat cooks, you’ll relax with fresh salads, a glass of Malbec wine, and engaging conversations filled with grilling tips and Argentine food culture.
The experience finishes with classic Argentine desserts, the perfect ending to a truly immersive culinary moment. This activity is ideal for travelers who want real food, local culture, and a participatory experience—you won’t just sit and eat, you’ll learn, cook, and live the asado tradition.
