Full-Day or Half-Day Individual Experience in Luján – Adventure & Photography
Enjoy a unique cultural and photographic experience in the city of Luján, located just 70 km from Buenos Aires.
Your day begins at 09:30 AM, when you must arrive at the underground FabeBus terminal near the Obelisk to board the comfortable transfer to Luján.
Upon arrival, our guides will welcome you at the parking area of the Basilica of Our Lady of Luján, one of the most iconic religious sites in Argentina.
Morning Program The visit begins in the Crypt, home to more than 70 Marian images from around the world. During the tour, our expert guides will share fascinating stories behind these representations.
Next, you will visit the Historical Museum of the Basilica, which houses valuable pieces such as:
The original Crown of the Virgin of Luján, used during her Pontifical Coronation in 1887. The Golden Rose, an exclusive papal gift granted by Pope Saint John Paul II.
Lunch Around 1:00 PM, you will be transferred by private vehicle to Restaurant 1516, where you will enjoy an à la carte lunch with more than 10 options to choose from.
Afternoon Program (choose your experience)
Option 1: 360° Viewpoint Experience A two-hour elevated tour at 65 meters high:
Visit the A Giorno Gallery and explore the bell tower with its 20 bells cast from war cannons. Observe the original clock mechanism and learn how it works. Access the highest panoramic viewpoint in Luján with breathtaking views. Enjoy a tasting of regional sweets with hot beverages. On the way down, visit the original cross that fell in 2000, displayed at the Pilgrim’s Rest area. End the tour in the cloister, where the remaining section of the original 6-meter cross is preserved.
Option 2: Neo-Gothic Luján
Climb the Premium Towers and walk through the upper gallery overlooking the central nave to appreciate the scale of the Basilica. Ascend to the A Giorno Gallery with views over the city. Visit the main organ, featuring 3,800 pipes. Access the rear terrace of the Basilica to admire its exterior architecture from above.
Return to Buenos Aires At the end of your selected experience, you will be escorted back to the parking area to board the transfer returning to Buenos Aires.
