Day 2: Riyadh Historical Tour
Begin your day with a visit to the National Museum of Saudi Arabia, one of the Kingdom’s most important cultural landmarks and part of the King Abdulaziz Historical Center. The museum offers a fascinating journey through Saudi Arabia’s history, from ancient civilizations to the unification of the Kingdom. Explore its impressive halls featuring artifacts, manuscripts, Islamic art, archaeological discoveries, and exhibits related to the Saudi royal family and the Two Holy Mosques. Highlights include prehistoric fossils, ancient rock inscriptions, and replicas of Mada’in صالح tombs.
Next, explore Souq Al Zal, one of Riyadh’s oldest traditional markets. Wander through its lively alleys filled with carpets, antiques, handicrafts, perfumes, and traditional goods that reflect the heritage of Saudi Arabia.
Enjoy a photo stop at the historic Masmak Fortress, the site linked to the recapture of Riyadh by King Abdulaziz in 1902 and a symbol of Saudi unification.
Enjoy a photo stop at the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Mosque, a grand mosque admired for its traditional Islamic architecture.
End the day with a visit to Kingdom Centre, Riyadh’s iconic skyscraper located in the Olaya district and one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks. Overnight in Riyadh
Day 3: Edge of the World Tour
Depart Riyadh for an excursion to Jabal Fihrayn, famously known as the Edge of the World. Located around 120 km from Riyadh, this dramatic natural landmark features towering cliffs rising approximately 1,000 feet above the desert plains.
Stand at the edge of the escarpment and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views stretching endlessly across the horizon. The spectacular scenery and vast open landscapes create an unforgettable experience and a true sense of standing at the edge of the earth.
Return to Riyadh in the evening and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Departure
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and some free time depending on your flight schedule. Later, transfer to Riyadh Airport for your departure flight.
