Begin your day with pickup from your accommodation in Kigali at 7:00 AM. Embark on a scenic drive through Rwanda’s lush hills toward the town of Gisenyi, located on the northern shore of Lake Kivu.

Upon arrival, explore the lakeside town and take a guided boat ride on the lake. Glide across the calm waters to visit hot springs, local fishing villages, and the borderline with the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo). Stop by coffee plantations or banana beer production sites, depending on the season.

After the boat tour, enjoy a local lunch at a lakeside restaurant or hotel. Spend the afternoon relaxing by the beach, swimming, or walking along the serene lakefront promenade.

End your day with a return drive to Kigali, arriving by early evening.
