Begin your adventure with a warm meet-and-greet at the designated meeting point, where your professional driver-guide welcomes you and introduces the exciting journey ahead. Then, embark on a scenic drive toward Akagera National Park, enjoying views of open plains, rolling hills, and rural landscapes along the way.

Upon arrival at the park reception, complete registration and immediately begin a game drive, exploring Akagera’s diverse habitats. Spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species as they roam freely in the savannah.

In the afternoon, arrive at the campsite and set up camp, allowing you to connect closely with nature. As evening falls, the adventure intensifies with an exciting night game drive. Guided by rangers and spotlights, encounter predators such as lions, hyenas, and leopards on the move, as well as nocturnal species rarely seen during the day.

Return to camp for dinner and enjoy a memorable evening around the campfire sharing stories, listening to animal calls, and sleeping under a sky full of stars.

Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy breakfast at the campsite before heading out for a boat safari on Lake Ihema. Cruise along calm waters and observe hippos wallowing nearby, crocodiles basking on the shores, and an impressive variety of water birds filling the air with melodic calls, an incredibly peaceful and scenic experience.

After the boat ride, proceed on another game drive, exploring different sections of the park and maximizing wildlife viewing opportunities. Enjoy a bush lunch surrounded by nature, adding to the authentic safari feel.
