Here is what you'll experience on the tour:
Despotika Winery : After a pick up from your hotel or other adress tour continues towards Šumadija region. First stop is Despotika, this recently established winery boasts ambitious plans and an enthusiastic owner, promising a delightful visit. Taste the richness of Despotika's wines, including the unique Morava—an indigenous Serbian grape variety. Few winemakers in Serbia cultivate Morava, making this a rare and special opportunity. Beyond Morava, indulge in a diverse selection of Despotika's wines.
King's Winery: Just 30 minutes from Despotika you'll meet historic town of Topola, renowned for its rich wine heritage. The highlight of this Royal winery is well preserved original king's wine cellar, offering a glimpse into wine-making history from almost century ago. NOTE: Renovation of the King’s Winery is expected during the spring/summer 2024 so there might be changes to the availability of this stop.
Aleksandrović Winery: Your wine journey continues to the renowned Aleksandrović Winery. This modern yet deeply traditional winery is dedicated to crafting exclusively high-quality wines. A local host will guide you through the wine cellar, culminating in a tasting session. All of this followed with a breathtaking view over the vineyards, creating a truly memorable experience.
Trilogija Winery: To conclude your tour, we'll take you to a charming family-owned winery. Here, you'll meet the passionate winemaker (and also a certified sommelier) who traded corporate life for winemaking. Immerse yourself in his compelling experiance as he pairs delicious food with his unique wines. Hear the story behind his fondness for Merlot.
