Based in La Montagne, Saint-Denis, Réunion, Dagmara opens the doors of her ceramics workshop for a timeless experience to be shared by two.
Originally from Poland, Dagmara has lived in several European countries for over 20 years, including Slovenia, where she discovered ceramics. Based in Réunion, she draws her inspiration from the nuances of the ocean, the movement of the waves, and the lush nature of the island, which she translates into each of her creations.
During this 1.5-hour introductory workshop for two, you will be warmly welcomed and guided step by step: you will plunge your hands into the clay, interact with the material, and share a pleasant and intimate moment with the person accompanying you.
All tools and raw materials are provided. At the end of the session, each person can keep the piece they made with their own hands: the enameling and firing are done by Dagmara herself, or they can choose a mug made by the ceramist, inspired by the island environment of Reunion. Tea and cakes are also offered to extend this moment of sharing and relaxation.
No prior experience is necessary: this workshop is for all couples who are curious to discover ceramics together, in an intimate and authentic setting.

Know Before You Go: Before they can be removed, the pieces made during the workshop need several days of drying, turning, two firings, and enameling. You can choose to take your creations with you unbaked.
