Know Before You Go: You can cancel your booking 24 hours or more in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows are non-refundable.

If Water Travel Puerto Rico needs to change the booked date for operational reasons, or if weather, sea conditions, or other safety-related circumstances prevent the activity from taking place, the traveler will be offered the option of a full refund.
