Enjoy an immersive 60-minute experience at Gaia Forest that takes you through the living history of coffee. Throughout the tour, you'll take part in guided tastings of high-quality coffees as you travel from their origins in Ethiopia and the mystical Qishr of Yemen to the volcanic soils of Nicaragua. You'll discover firsthand the value of sustainable agroforestry and you'll be the star of each ritual: from roasting to the moment of the bean, through old-fashioned grinding with the farm machine inherited from our grandparents, to the preparation of the traditional Nicaraguan Chorreado Ceremony. We conclude by sharing impressions and capturing photo souvenirs in our rustic Rincón Nica.

The experience takes place in an exclusive room that serves as a living museum of coffee, a space specially designed for historical immersion. At the end of the tour, visitors are invited to enjoy our facilities, which feature one of the largest landscaped courtyards in the city. We offer breakfasts, lunches, premium coffees, and bistro-style dinners with Latin American cuisine.
