Begin your adventure with a scenic drive from Windhoek, crossing the dramatic Spreetshoogte Mountain Pass into the heart of the Namib Desert. Over three days, immerse yourself in the striking landscapes of Namib Naukluft Park, home to some of the world’s tallest and most photogenic sand dunes.
On the first day, arrive at your lodge near Sossusvlei and settle in before enjoying your first desert sunset. Day two starts early with a visit to Sossusvlei’s apricot-hued dunes, including the famous Dune 45. Explore the surreal white clay pan of Deadvlei, dotted with ancient camelthorn trees, and descend into the Sesriem Canyon, carved by centuries of water flow.
Throughout your journey, enjoy two meals a day featuring Namibian specialties such as grilled game meats and fresh farm produce. Evenings are spent relaxing at your lodge, where you can stargaze under the clear desert sky.
