The program consists of a breathing lesson, with practical exercises on dry land, followed by an outing into the natural environment, departing from our boat, during which you will practice spearfishing under the guidance of a qualified instructor.

Over the course of the training, you will learn how to safely increase your free-diving time and boost your chances of catching a fish with your speargun.
