The A1710 guided tour begins at the reception of Habitation du Simon, in Le François, at the heart of the estate surrounded by sugarcane fields. From the very first steps, you will discover modern Caribbean architecture, bright spaces, and meticulous décor that reflect the elegance of the place.
Your guide will first take you to the mill, where fresh sugarcane is pressed on-site. You will then continue to the temperature-controlled fermentation tanks to learn how the aromas are created, and you will witness the magic of distillation in the copper stills, with the distiller manually performing the cuts.
The tour then continues in the barrel room, where time and wood shape the future vintages. Finally, you are invited to take a seat in the stylish and welcoming tasting areas to discover several A1710 rums and their unique characteristics, while enjoying the view of the estate.
The activity ends at the gift shop, where everyone can continue the experience as they wish.
