ITINERARY PROGRAM
DAY 1 | MORONDAVA – BEKOPAKA VILLAGE If you’re an early riser (or just love baobab trees), start with sunrise at Baobab Avenue—it’s totally worth it! We’ll pick you up from your hotel or airport and drive about three hours to Tsimafana. You’ll cross the Tsiribihina River on a local ferry—more adventure than luxury! Then, enjoy lunch at Mad Zebu in Belo to recharge. After another three-hour drive, you’ll reach Bekopaka village. One last ferry over the Manambolo River brings you to your hotel, like Grand Hotel or similar, with breakfast included.
DAY 2 | MANAMBOLO RIVER & BIG TSINGY PARK Wake up early at 6:30 AM for a traditional canoe ride down the misty Manambolo River. Explore caves and hear fascinating stories about the Vazimba Bones from your guide. Then, drive an hour to Big Tsingy, where you’ll hike and climb among amazing limestone formations—perfect for photos! Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before heading back to your hotel to relax.
DAY 3 | BEKOPAKA – BAOBAB AVENUE – MORONDAVA After breakfast and check-out, head back through Belo for another tasty lunch at Mad Zebu. Cross the Tsiribihina ferry again, then visit the famous Sacred Baobab and Baobab in Love—great spots for photos! End the day with a stunning sunset at Baobab Avenue before returning to Morondava and your hotel. That’s a wrap—until the next adventure!
