Discover the wonders of Madagascar on a 12-day tour from Antananarivo. Visit the foundry in Antsirabe, see the zebu horn artisan workshops in Miandrivazo, and explore the Tsingy Bemaraha National Park.
Day 1: Antananarivo Arrive in Antananarivo and transfer to your hotel by private bus. Enjoy a welcome dinner at your hotel.
Day 2: Antananarivo > Antsirabe Visit the foundry in Antsirabe and be amazed at how aluminum is recycled and used in kitchen utensils. Arrive in Antsirabe and take a city tour by rickshaw.
Day 3: Antsirabe > Miandrivazo Depart for a visit to a group of artisan workshops that use the zebu horn to craft objects and jewelry. Then continue to the miniature workshop to discover the mini cars and bikes made by objects of recovery.
Day 4: Miandrivazo > Morondava Enjoy a free day in Miandrivazo before continuing to Morondava.
Day 5: Morondava > Bekopaka Enjoy a free day in Morondava before continuing to Bekopaka.
Day 6: Bekopaka After breakfast, visit the Gorge of Manamabolo and its stalactite and stalagmite caves by wooden dugout canoe. Then visit and hike at the small tsingy. After a picnic lunch, visit the Great Tsingy.
Day 7: Bekopaka Enjoy a free day in Bekopaka.
Day 8: Bekopaka > Morondava Enjoy a free day in Bekopaka before continuing to Morondava.
Day 9: Morondava > Antananarivo Depending on your flight to Antananarivo, visit the Betania fishing village.
Day 10: Antananarivo > Andasibe Visit the Peyrieras reserve, a park of reptiles where you can discover a lot of chameleon species that make the reputation of Madagascar. Then continue to Andasibe for lunch. In the afternoon, visit Vakona private park and its famous lemurs island.
Day 11: Andasibe > Antananarivo Visit the Analamazaotra national park. Hike in the lush, primary forest of the east to see the Indri Indri: a monogamous species, territorial folivore that has the particularity to issue every day.
Day 12: Antananarivo > Home Depending on your flight schedule, visit the King’s palace before transfer to the airport.
