Three cocktails, two hours, and a bar that's yours for the session. Come for the Cypriot classics, Brandy Sour, Commandaria, Zivania, or tell us what you actually drink and we'll build the session around it. Gin, rum, whisky, whatever's in the bottle you love.
You’ll be guided by professionals working in hospitality since 2009, recognised at the Cyprus Hospitality Awards 2025 for travel experience.
Set next to Saint Lazarus church in a building that was an inn for travellers in 1880, a khan, where people ate, drank and slept on their way through.
