商品説明
We will arrange pick-up from your hotel in Guilin city, and take a short drive to the home of the host (20-30minutes). You will meet your host and experience everyday life in Guilin from a local perspective.
After a warm welcome, you'll have the opportunity to look around the home, enjoy a cup of tea, and learn about family life in modern China. (20-30 minutes)
As meal preparations begin, you can join in with simple kitchen tasks and discover some of the ingredients, flavors, and cooking habits commonly found in Chinese households. (40-60 minutes)
Once everything is ready, sit down together and enjoy a homemade meal in a relaxed family setting. The menu changes depending on the season and available ingredients, but often includes local specialties from Guilin and Guangxi. During the meal, you will also enjoy some local Guangxi drinks or drinks gifted by the host's friends, such as handmade fruit wines or juices, allowing you to experience the local flavors. (60-90 minutes)
After the family visit, we will take you back to your hotel in Guilin city. (20-30 minutes)
About the host: Your host is a professional English-speaking guide with years of experience introducing visitors to Guilin and its culture. Over the meal, feel free to ask questions and exchange stories about travel, local customs, daily life, food culture, and anything else that interests you. This experience is designed for travelers who want to go beyond sightseeing and enjoy a genuine cultural connection with a local family.
