商品説明
Begin your Tai Chi experience with a pickup from your hotel in Chengdu. Head to a peaceful, local setting, and meet Master Zhang, your Tai Chi instructor.
Start with the most fundamental practice: Zhan Zhuang (standing like a post). Stand quietly, breathe softly, and feel your body's stability and inner balance within stillness.
Along the way, learn a few simple yet essential Tai Chi terms, such as Qi Chen Dantian (sink the Qi to the Dantian) and Xu Ling Ding Jin (empty, lively, and top energy).
At the end of each session, enjoy a 5–10 minute guided practice. Through slow, gentle movements, experience the relaxation and focus that come from letting go and staying calm.
