Start with Serenity at Jade Buddha Temple
Begin your day with a visit to the Temple, a tranquil sanctuary of traditional Chinese Buddhism in central Shanghai. Admire exquisite jade Buddha statues and quiet temple courtyards, and listen to in-depth cultural and historical explanations from your EN/DE/FR/IT/RU guide.
Stroll Through the French Concession & Wukang Road (Optional choice)
Next, explore the charming French Concession. Wander tree-lined Wukang Road lined with elegant European villas, take photos at the landmark Wukang Building, and hear vivid stories of Shanghai’s old colonial era.
Explore the Timeless Yu Garden Area
Continue to the bustling Yu Garden district. Roam lively ancient lanes, cross the iconic zigzag bridge and immerse yourself in authentic old Shanghai vibes. You may try local street snacks or wander freely among lively stalls (Yu Garden interior admission is optional and not included).
