Your day begins with convenient hotel pickup within Chengdu’s Third Ring Road. Your guide will contact you the evening before to confirm your exact pickup time.
You will then transfer to the main departure point at Wanlihao Station (Wuhou District) before driving toward Leshan. Enjoy scenic views of the western Sichuan plains along the highway while your guide introduces local culture and today’s highlights.

Leshan Giant Buddha Visit (Choose One Option)
Option A — Mountain Walking Route
Walk from the riverside entrance to the historic scenic path. Climb past sites such as Longqiu Cave, Tiger Lair, and Zaijiu Pavilion, eventually reaching the top platform where you stand just 20 meters from the Giant Buddha’s head—perfect for close-up photos. After taking in the panoramic views, follow the same path back down. (Selection required before tour departure.)
Option B — Boat Cruise Route
Take a sightseeing cruise along the confluence of the three rivers. From the water, you’ll enjoy a full frontal view of the entire 71-meter Buddha, stopping directly in front of the statue for photos. You’ll also enjoy views of the cliffs, temples, and riverside scenery. (Selection required before tour departure.)

Lunch: Leshan “Qiaojiao Beef”
Savor one of Leshan’s most beloved dishes, featuring tender beef slices in a flavorful local broth. (Lunch standard: 30 RMB per person)

️ Huanglongxi Ancient Town
In the afternoon, drive about 70 minutes to Huanglongxi, a 1,700-year-old water town famous for its stone-paved streets, Ming-Qing architecture, riverside stilt houses, and timeless atmosphere. Wander through narrow alleyways, traditional market streets, and wooden shop fronts offering local snacks such as: • sesame cakes • crispy Ding Ding candy • tofu pudding • yellow spicy fish • beef jerky and more
Enjoy free time to explore, take photos, or relax by the water.

Return to Chengdu
Depart Huanglongxi around 16:30 and arrive in central Chengdu near Yiguanmiao Metro Station around 18:00. (End point only; no hotel drop-off)
