  • Hotel Pick-up: 08:00 AM – 08:30 AM (Hotels in Chiang Rai City only)
  • Tour Departure: 08:30 AM 
  • Tour Duration: Approximately 9 –  10 hours 
  • Tour Ends: Around 17:30 PM – 18:00 PM
  • Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
  • Please present your booking voucher (printed or mobile) together with your passport or valid photo ID for verification.
  • Hotel pickup and drop-off are available for accommodations within Chiang Rai City. If you are staying outside Chiang Rai City, please contact us in advance to arrange the nearest meeting point or confirm any additional transfer charges.
  • If you cannot locate your driver, please contact the local operator immediately using the emergency contact information provided on your voucher.
  • Please provide a valid contact number or WhatsApp number so we can reach you if needed.
