1. How to Use
- Upon booking, please contact us via KKday Message or provide your contact information (preferably WhatsApp or Email) so we can reach out to you.
- On the day of use, simply state your name to the driver to enjoy your service.
2. Information & Notices
- Please inform us of your preferred buggy tour time and pickup/drop-off locations in advance via our KKday Message.
- If you do not wish to rent an Ao Dai, please notify our channel in advance.
- For tours including the Ao Dai experience, it takes approximately 30 minutes for transit and changing clothes, followed by a 40-minute buggy ride.
** Kindly Note: The Ao Dai rental fee is not included in the tour package and must be paid directly on-site (Please refer to the bottom of the details page).
- Due to the nature of the Sunset Town Buggy Tour, long waiting times are not possible.
**Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a No-Show.
- If you wish to reschedule, please contact our channel at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled time.
- Peak Time Advisory: The 17:00 time slot can be very crowded. Waiting lines for photo shoots and an extra 30 minutes for Ao Dai rental may occur. Therefore, even if you book for 17:00, the actual tour may start after 17:30. Please keep this in mind when planning.
