Guests who book non-approved treatments or fail to provide pregnancy information in advance may be refused service on-site without refund.

• Adult: 12 years and above
• Children may accompany parents and wait in the spa area.
• Children under 5 years old are not permitted to receive massage treatments.

ℹ️ Additional Information

• Shower Policy: Guests receiving oil massage treatments may shower after the session. Shower facilities are not available for dry massage treatments.
• For safety reasons, guests with the following conditions may not be permitted to receive spa treatments: Thrombosis, Skin infections, Fever above 38°C (100.4°F), Epilepsy, Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Heart disease, High blood pressure (SBP ≥ 140 or DBP ≥ 100)
• Luggage Storage: Luggage storage is available before and after your treatment.
• Maximum capacity: 19 guests for body massage treatments

• Foot massage capacity: 6 guests
• Guests under the influence of alcohol, pregnant guests outside the permitted policy, or those with health conditions may be refused service for safety reasons.
• Guests are advised to arrive before their appointment time.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a No-Show and are not eligible for changes or refunds.
