1. Unreserved items such as shopping bags and backpacks will not be collected.
2. Items not placed into the luggage will not be collected due to the risk of loss or contamination.
3. Oversized or non-standard items (e.g., strollers, bicycles, musical instruments) cannot be delivered.
4. Please make sure your luggage is securely locked. The delivery driver is not responsible for any loss of items inside the luggage.
5. Please keep your passport, travel documents, and valuables with you at all times.
6. Compensation is not provided for items inside the luggage. We strongly recommend not placing fragile items, valuables, or cash inside your luggage.
7. Items not eligible for luggage delivery
- Luggage exceeding 200cm in total dimensions(length+width+height) or 30kg in weight
- Expensive jewelry and high-value items (gold, gemstones, etc.)
- Cash and securities (including all forms of checks and documents)
- Items that may cause harm to others
- Fragile items
- Perishable items
- Strong-smelling items
- Flammable chemicals or psychotropic drugs
- Electronic devices, personal PC, and laptops (including digital cameras, iPads, mobile phones, etc.)
- Any items deemed unsuitable for transport under normal delivery conditions
- Items prohibited by law or government regulations
- Golf bags and specialized sports equipment
8. Compensation Policy
- Maximum compensation limit per luggage item : 1,000,000 KRW
- To prepare for possible damage claims, we recommend taking and keeping several photos of your luggage before drop-off, including the handle, wheels, and both sides of the bag.
- Damage : Compensation will be provided according to the extent of the damage (repair cost coverage)
- Minor scratches and small marks are excluded from compensation. We recommend using a protective luggage cover to help prevent damage.
9. Exceptions to compensation
- Your luggage will be safely delivered by our professional drivers using secure vehicles. However, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, including aging-related damage such as worn handles or wheels caused by repeated use. In addition, minor scratches, dents, or stains commonly occurring during standard luggage transportation are not eligible for compensation.

• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

3. Please check the voucher sent after your reservation is confirmed.
4. On the reservation date, present your voucher at the hotel front desk. (When dropping off your luggage, please make sure to mention that it is for the "Lotte Airport Delivery Luggage" service.)
5. After checking in and storing your luggage, enjoy your free time at your leisure.
6. Pick up your luggage at the airport and depart safely.
