- Infant: Free when sharing the services with parents
- You can choose to join the morning tour (08:00 – 12:00, lunch will be served after the tour) or the afternoon tour (12:30 – 16:30, lunch will be served before the tour) or the Sunset & Night Tour: 17:00- 21:00 (Dinner included at the end). Please indicate your preferred departure time in the order notes after placing your order.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
- We offer pick-up and drop-off service from hotels in downtown Hanoi. Please specify your hotel name and location when placing your order.
- Reservations must be made at least seven working days in advance and no last-minute reservations are allowed. Once the group is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- The minimum number of participants is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent one day before departure.
- To apply for travel liability insurance, please be sure to fill in the "Personal Traveler Information" form. If you have a hotel address in the Old Town, please note it when placing your order.
- If you have any special dietary needs, please inform us in the remarks section when ordering.
- You must provide the name of the representative + local Vietnamese phone number (if none) + email + communication software account.
- Once the group is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
- If part of your itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, please contact us and we will consider a partial refund based on the circumstances.

最少催行人員：2名。お申し込み人数が最少催行人員に満たないときは、ツアー/体験の催行は原則として中止 (キャンセル) となります。その場合は、ご利用日の1日前にメールでお知らせいたします。
悪天候の場合は、ご利用日の1日前 (現地時間：18:00) にツアー/体験の催行有無が決定されます。催行中止 (キャンセル) 確定時には、メールでお知らせいたします。
集合場所には、出発/開始時間の10分前までにお越しください。お客様が遅れた場合も、定刻どおり出発/開始いたします。
