概念：

台風、台風並みの強風、大雨でない限り、雨天でも開催されます。

また、この時期は天候によっては気温差により夜はかなり冷え込む場合がございますので、暖かい服装（ジャケットなど）をご持参いただくことをおすすめいたします。
