購入/予約前の確認事項
- このツアーでは、出発の30日前までに名前を変更したり、人数や部屋数を増減したりすることはできません。
- ご予約の際には、旅行中に連絡が取れる電話番号をご入力ください。また、緊急時に備えてインターネットと通話の両方の機能を備えたモバイルSIMカードを入手することを強くお勧めします。
- バスは時間通りに出発しますので、集合場所には必ずお早めにお越しください。遅れて到着された場合はご参加いただけません。また、払い戻しもできません。
- 個人的な理由（渡航書類の不足、遅刻、病気、事故など）によりツアーを途中で離脱したり、ツアー全体に参加できなかったりした場合、払い戻しや補償は行われません。
- 車両タイプは、旅行者の数に基づいて出発の2日前に決定されます。7人乗り、14人乗り、55〜61人乗りの車両が含まれますが、これに限定されません。現地の空き状況に応じて調整され、他の車両タイプが提供される可能性もあります。
- 2歳未満の幼児は、当日の車両タイプと座席の有無に基づいて料金が請求されます。2歳未満の幼児と一緒に旅行する場合は、利用可能なパッケージを確認するために事前にKKdayにご連絡ください。
- 現地の規制により、8歳未満または身長145cm未満のお子様は、車両での移動中はチャイルドシートを使用する必要があります。違反およびそれに伴う罰金はお客様の責任となります。ご予約時に必要なチャイルドシートの数を指定し、事前にKKdayに連絡して確認してください。チャイルドシートのレンタル料金は1日あたり10ドルです。これを怠ると入場が拒否される可能性があります。

注意事項
最少催行人員：2名。お申し込み人数が最少催行人員に満たないときは、ツアー/体験の催行は原則として中止 (キャンセル) となります。その場合は、ご利用日の7日前にメールでお知らせいたします。
集合場所には、出発/開始時間の15分前までにお越しください。お客様が遅れた場合も、定刻どおり出発/開始いたします。

JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
