Due to the limited number of seats available for each shuttle bus trip, secondary confirmation is required. If the selected trip is sold out, customer service will book a backup trip provided by the customer. If all selected trips are sold out, customer service will notify the customer.

The Yongdong direct bus passes through the Shenzhen Bay Port, requiring passengers to disembark once to cross the border and then board the bus again to go directly to Guangzhou.

Children aged 0-2 years require a ticket for $20.

• Vehicle details: 47-seater vehicle, capable of carrying 47 large pieces of luggage and 47 small pieces of luggage.
• Baggage Size Restrictions - Standard Baggage: Maximum dimensions 55cm x 45cm x 20cm (22 inches x 18 inches x 8 inches); maximum weight 10kg (22 lbs). Carry-on Baggage: Maximum dimensions 37.5cm x 25cm x 15cm (15 inches x 10 inches x 6 inches).
• For extra-heavy, extra-long, and extra-large baggage (limited to a total length, width, and height not exceeding 120 cm), as well as other items deemed unsuitable for boarding by the company under its absolute discretion, the company reserves the right to prohibit their placement on board, and passengers may not object. Regarding excess baggage, the company has the right to require passengers to purchase additional baggage tickets. The fare for round-trip to/from Hong Kong International Airport is equivalent to one child's ticket (some routes do not have a child's ticket price and charge the adult ticket price). The fare for round-trip to/from Hong Kong City/Hong Kong Disneyland/Tung Chung Citygate Outlets is equivalent to one adult ticket.
• Infants and children must also be included in the passenger count.
