- It is recommended that you make a reservation for the Starlight Tour on the first or second day of your trip.
- Because the Starlight Tour is greatly affected by the weather, the schedule may need to be adjusted.
- If you have a child under 24 months, please be sure to include this information in your reservation request. (Failure to provide this information may result in problems.)
- If the tour cannot proceed due to bad weather, a Korean manager in Saipan will contact you on the same day (to reschedule for another day or request a refund).
- If the tour is canceled due to bad weather during the tour, we will provide a 50% refund.
- If we are unable to take photos due to local circumstances, we will refund 5,000 won per person.
- The tour will be conducted by a Korean guide named JOE. If the JOE guide has personal circumstances, he or she may be replaced by another guide.
- For groups of less than 4, we will notify you via KakaoTalk 2-3 days prior to your scheduled date if you wish to change the date. (If a change to a different date is not possible, a refund will be issued.)
- Sunset BBQ is available for 2 or more people.
