  • 空港発〜ホテル着
    - 00:00〜11:59に預け入れの場合：当日17:00までにホテルでのお受け取りが可能です
    - 12:00〜15:59に預け入れの場合：当日21:00までにホテルでのお受け取りが可能です
    - 16:00以降に預け入れの場合：翌日17:00までにホテルでのお受け取りが可能です
    ※カウンターにて電子バウチャーをご提示ください。

  • ホテル発〜空港着
    ホテルからの配送の場合、印刷したバウチャーと荷物をホテルのフロントデスクにお預けください。
    • - 09:00前に預け入れの場合：当日15:00以降に空港でのお受け取りが可能です
    - 09:01〜12:00に預け入れの場合：当日19:00以降に空港でのお受け取りが可能です（翌日のお受け取りとなることがあります）
    - 12:00以降に預け入れの場合：出発予定時刻19:00〜翌02:00のフライトをご利用予定の方が対象です

  • ホテル間
    - 12:00までに預け入れの場合：当日21:00までに配送先ホテルでのお受け取りが可能です
    - ホテルのフロントに荷物お預けになった後に、ベルラックまでご連絡ください。
    - 印刷したバウチャーと荷物をフロントにお預けください。

  • ホテルへの配送予定時間は21:00です。ただし、実際の配送時間は当日の交通状況により前後します。配送時間の指定をご希望の場合は、予約時に備考欄にてお知らせください。
  • 係員が誤りのないようお客様の荷物を集荷できるよう、事前に荷物写真をベルラック（Bellugg）公式サイトにアップロードすることをおすすめしています。また、配送状況はこちらの公式サイトから追跡することができます。
  • バンコク市内に限りご利用いただける配送サービスです。ノンタブリー（Nonthaburi）やサムットプラーカーン（Samut Prakan）など、バンコク以外のエリアでの利用はできません。
  • 空港での荷物預け入れは、17:00までにお済ませください。17:00以降の預け入れの場合、ホテルへの配送は翌日21:00までとなります。
  • ランブトリ・ヴィレッジ イン&プラザ（Rambuttri Village Inn）は対象エリア外のためご利用いただけません。
  • コンドミニアムやエアビーアンドビー（Airbnb）などの宿泊施設ではご利用いただけません。
