예약 확정할때 이름을 잘못 전달해서 내 이름 확인이 안되었어요. 문의하기 남겼더니 실시간으로 컨펌해줘서 다행히 배를 탈수 있었어요. 출발은 20분 정도 지연되었고 도착시간은 40분정도 지연되었어요. 1시30분 출발 배였고 도착 예정 시간은 4시였어요. 하지만 배 흔들림 없이 잘 도착했어요.

Very stressful experience with Semaya Darmajaya in Gili T. We bought our tickets online 2 weeks in advance. At 12nn, we went to the counter to check in early. I showed my ticket and was told to return at 2:30pm. When we came back, they suddenly said our booking was not in their system. The staff were rude and blamed us for not booking onsite, and refused to help call the online agent and told me to do it instead. This happened 10 minutes before boarding and we almost missed our ferry back to Bali. I had to urgently message the agent myself. One staff even questioned why I was upset. Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.

フライトスケジュールの変更があり、送迎時間の変更もお願いしたが、ドライバーに伝わらなかったようだ。 その後、担当予定だったドライバーからしつこい、個人的なセールメール✉️が届き、とても迷惑した。
