Day 1: Arrival in Medan and Parapat

Begin your adventure with a warm welcome at Kualanamu International Airport in Medan. Embark on a scenic 4-hour drive to Parapat Lake Toba, passing through Pematang Siantar Town and lush rubber and palm oil plantations. Stop at the Patent Shop to sample local treats like Teng Teng or Ting Ting. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before arriving in Parapat, a charming town on the shores of Lake Toba. Capture a memorable photo at the “I LOVE LAKE TOBA” landmark. Check in to your hotel and savor a delicious dinner.

Day 2: Samosir Island and Berastagi

After breakfast, take a ferry across the crystal-clear waters of Lake Toba to Samosir Island, a large volcanic island in the middle of the lake. Explore Tomok Village to see the ancient tomb of King Sidabutar, and visit Ambarita Village to discover the famous stone chairs and execution place of King Siallagan (for groups of 14 or more). Return to Parapat for lunch, then continue on a 4-hour journey to Berastagi. En route, stop at Simarjarunjung to try ginger tea and fried banana (at your own expense) and visit the breathtaking Sipiso-Piso waterfall. Upon arrival in Berastagi, explore the Central Fruit Market and taste a variety of tropical fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Check in to your hotel and enjoy dinner.

Day 3: Berastagi and Medan

After breakfast, visit the Shwedagon Pagoda Replica at Taman Lumbini. Return to Medan in around 2.5 hours. Upon arrival, visit Graha Annai Velangkanni Church and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Discover the process of making passion fruit into local delicacies at Rumah Markisa Noerlen. Visit Maimoon Palace, the Grand Mosque, a Batik Shop, and Medan Mall. Check in to your hotel and have dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 4: Departure from Medan

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend your morning at leisure. Transfer to the airport for your onward journey, leaving Medan with unforgettable memories.
