Product Info
— Restaurant Introduction —
The first Hong Kong-style vegetarian dim sum restaurant in Taipei.
If we could make vegetarian food even better.
The brand was founded with the hope that our team could create dishes that even meat-eaters would love. Bringing together chefs from five-star hotels, we use exquisite and creative techniques to break away from the existing flavors and frameworks of vegetarian food. By combining Hong Kong-style dim sum with cross-border vegetarian cuisine, we have created infinite possibilities for vegetarian dim sum.
Carefully Selected Ingredients
In addition to focusing on less oil, fewer processed vegetarian ingredients, and reduced sugar and salt, we carefully select non-GMO canola oil from Australia, non-toxic rice from small farmers in Yilan, and organic vegetables from Taoyuan to create dishes that are both delicious and nourishing for the body and soul.
Adhering to Six Hearts: Sincerity, Originality, Enthusiasm, Wholeheartedness, Joy, and Gratitude.
We hope that meat-eaters can enjoy vegetarian food that tastes no different from non-vegetarian food and be willing to give it a try. After eating, they feel satisfied, and their hearts feel nourished.
