Arrival & Schedule

Please arrive by 18:00 to receive your lantern and orientation briefing. Late entry is allowed, but missing the briefing may affect your lantern release.

Event Policies & Comfort

A designated parking area is available near the venue with complimentary shuttle bus transfers to/from the main entrance throughout the event.
No fixed seating in the lantern area; bringing a picnic mat is recommended.
Lantern colours cannot be selected.

Food & Dietary Restrictions

Special dietary requirements or food allergies cannot be accommodated. Guests with allergies may bring light snacks.

Safety & Regulations

Event proceeds in light rain. Operations strictly adhere to safety and weather standards.
Outside alcohol is not allowed. Alcohol purchases on-site require ages 20+.
Staff may capture event photos/videos for promotion without showing identifiable faces.
