Purchase Notice
- Once the order is placed, changes to the date, number of travelers, ticket type, or room type are not permitted. Please confirm that the number of travelers and ticket specifications are correct before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
- THSR seats are assigned automatically by the system. We cannot guarantee consecutive seats, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you have a request for consecutive seats, please indicate it in the remarks section, though the final arrangement will be subject to the system's seat assignment.
- If you need to change your train schedule, please contact KKday customer service at least 8 days before the departure date. Only one change is allowed. Changes within 7 days of the departure date will not be accepted.
- THSR bookings open 29 days before the departure date. You may place an order 29 days in advance, but we cannot guarantee that THSR seats will be secured.
- Since THSR tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, tickets can be flexibly booked up to Sunday. If your scheduled trip date exceeds the booking window, our order processing staff will prioritize booking your requested train once the window opens, but this is subject to the actual seat availability confirmed by our staff.
- Due to differences in regional and hotel policies, if you have any special requirements (e.g., one large bed/two small beds, baby crib, etc.), please submit them when placing your order. We will request these from the hotel, but fulfillment depends on the hotel's availability at the time of check-in. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies by hotel. Any on-site surcharges will be subject to hotel policy.
- Purchasing a 'child without bed' option only includes insurance and administrative fees. If you require a THSR ticket, you may purchase it when selecting the number of tickets. Any other incidental expenses must be settled on-site.
- Child without bed: This means the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share one bed, please select 1 child + 1 child without bed. A maximum of 2 children without beds is allowed (please refer to the specific product's child definition for any additional restrictions). Children without beds do not include hotel meals, facility usage, or amenities.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the booking is confirmed. You must wait for the order processing staff to confirm and issue a voucher to indicate a successful booking. If you have any concerns, please do not place an order.
- To book a wheelchair-accessible seat on the train, please contact the ticket window at any station or call the THSR customer service hotline (4066-3000). Travel agencies do not provide wheelchair seat booking services. Thank you for your understanding.

Before ordering this product, please be sure to read the order instructions and related agreements. If the purchaser is not the traveler, the purchaser acts as an agent and is obligated to fully inform the traveler of the itinerary. Once you click to agree, the legal effect of the order instructions and restrictions applies to the traveler, and we will not accept any defense from the traveler later based on ignorance or lack of understanding.
Those who purchase 'Concession Ticket/Senior Ticket' fares must carry valid identification on the day of departure for THSR staff to verify. If you fail to bring your ID or if the information does not match upon verification by THSR, THSR has the right to refuse your boarding. You will need to purchase another THSR ticket to board, and the original THSR Holiday ticket cannot be refunded.
Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao stations are not applicable as departure and arrival stations for any combination (e.g., an itinerary with Taipei as the arrival station is not applicable for departures from Nangang or Banqiao).
The price includes one full-fare round-trip reserved seat in the THSR standard car. The travel date must be the same as the hotel check-in or itinerary start date. A single order is limited to the same departure and destination stations, and you must travel on the same train. If you need to delay your return, please arrange your own hotel return transfer. This package includes round-trip tickets and cannot be partially refunded for a single leg.
The THSR tickets in this project are discounted tickets, valid only for the specified date and train, and are non-transferable. They will not be reissued if lost, so please keep them safe. Any tickets that are altered, defaced, illegible, or photocopied are invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to each hotel's regulations. If the itinerary includes accommodation, the promotional price is based on a limited number of room types, and the actual available room types depend on sales status; you cannot change to other room types.
For departures 29 days or more in advance, please fill in 2~3 preferred THSR train numbers for both outbound and return journeys in the 'Order Remarks'. The actual train numbers confirmed will be subject to the response from our customer service staff.

How to Use

- Taiwan High Speed Rail
- Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the high-speed rail station.
- High-speed rail reservations are only open for dates within 29 days of your travel date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, your reservation will be made and sent out after the reservation period opens.
- Each passenger in the same order is limited to boarding/alighting at the same station; they cannot board/alight at different stations.
- High Speed Rail (HSR) holiday tickets are special packages with specific rules regarding the origin and destination stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei Station and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given for getting off midway, and if you miss your stop, you will need to pay the difference according to the official HSR fare announcement.
- The high-speed rail tickets for this project are discounted tickets and are only valid for designated trains on the same day.

- Important Notes Regarding High-Speed Rail Cancellation During Holidays -
- According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, no refunds may be made for any single leg of the journey.
- All ticket refunds must be processed through KKday; ticket windows at all high-speed rail stations cannot process refunds or exchanges.
- Note: According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, if multiple people book the same order at the same time, and need to refund or exchange tickets, they must all apply for refunds or exchanges together. - If you need to cancel your order, please contact KKday customer service first.
- Due to administrative processing time, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation applications will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Applications submitted after this time will be considered as applications submitted one day later.
- If you have already purchased a high-speed rail ticket, an additional cancellation fee of NTD 20 per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets are counted as 2 tickets).
- Free cancellation for orders placed more than eight days before departure (excluding the departure date). For orders placed seven to four days before departure (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within three days prior to the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost will be charged.
- On the departure date, if you are notified to change or cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.
- (For example: If you are departing on December 8th, you can change or cancel your order before November 30th for free; if you change or cancel your order between December 1st and 4th, a 30% handling fee will be charged; if you change or cancel your order between December 5th and 7th, a 70% handling fee will be charged.)
