Experience snowmobiling through the snow in Lapland and learn the arctic skill of ice fishing on this tour in Levi. Fish in the ice while your guide prepares you a delicious outdoor soup lunch on open fire.
Journey along frozen waters to a winter fishing spot in the wilderness. Watch as your guide teaches you how to drill a hole in the ice and to prepare the ice fishing rod and baits. Sip a hearty, warm soup cooked over the open fire, which can be accompanied by your catch of the day. Let's have some warm drinks before heading back.

The meeting location will be the Safartica Office in Levi 20 minutes before the activity time. Contact us at least 48h in advance if you need a pick up to come to our office. We pick up within a 10km radius.

  • Know Before You Go: Driving speed will depend on weather conditions and driving skills of the participants

  • Know Before You Go: 2 persons share one snowmobile. A single driving supplement of 90€/person can be purchased optionally in advance

  • Know Before You Go: Not suitable for infants 0-3 years old. Children 4-14 years old are seated in a sledge behind the guide’s snowmobile. If a child over 140 cm who is strong enough to hold onto the handles wishes to sit on a snowmobile as a passenger, an adult ticket must be bought

  • Know Before You Go: Not recommended for pregnant women and people with fragile musculoskeletal system

  • Know Before You Go: The driver is liable for damages up to 990€/accident. A completely optional insurance of 20€ lowers the liability to 150€ and can be purchased on the spot before the tour

  • Know Before You Go: Safartica Levi Office is located in the city center, so if you are staying in the city select Safartica Levi as meeting point

  • Know Before You Go: Please remember to take your driving license with you
