The Romans, the Cathedral, Chagall, Gutenberg, Fastnacht – Mainz is world-famous for its highlights, and these are exactly what we will take a closer look at together, including lesser-known spots and details that many visitors overlook.

Instead of stubbornly following the usual routes, we stray from the typical tourist paths as often as possible. This way, you can delve deeper into Mainz's history, understand the connections and experience the city in a more authentic way – with little "aha" moments around every corner.

What makes it special: At selected, beautiful stops along the way, we enjoy a glass of wine. Because wine is just as much a part of Mainz and the region as the Cathedral – and it has its own stories to tell. During a wine tasting with professionals, you will sample 4 special top wines from the region, complemented by mineral water.
