Discover the nocturnal wildlife of the Arenal rainforest on a guided evening walk through a selected nature reserve in the La Fortuna area. Enjoy convenient pickup from your accommodation in central La Fortuna/Arenal and travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Upon arrival, meet your guide and begin an approximately 2-hour walk along rainforest trails surrounded by lush vegetation. As darkness falls, search for nocturnal mammals, birds, insects, reptiles, and amphibians that are rarely seen during the day.

Depending on wildlife activity, you may have the opportunity to observe frogs, sloths, armadillos, raccoons, olingos, kinkajous, owls, insects, and other native species. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed because the animals live freely in their natural habitat.

Continue through areas where rainforest conservation exists alongside sustainable coffee, banana, and sugar cane production. Your guide will share information about the forest ecosystem, local wildlife, and the importance of protecting these natural habitats.

After the walk, return by vehicle to your accommodation in central La Fortuna/Arenal.
