- Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat can travel for free (please note this when booking to avoid overloading). Please inform us at the time of booking. Children aged 3 and above are charged the same as adults.
- Each person is entitled to one piece of luggage for free, with no size limit. Please note this when booking (if failure to notify leads to a crowded vehicle, the driver/guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided). If the number of luggage items exceeds the limit, a fee of 2,000 JPY per item will be charged.
- Reference Vehicles: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard or equivalent; 9-14 seater: Toyota Hiace or equivalent; 18-22 seater: Minibus; 22+ seater: Large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only; actual vehicles will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day.
- Driver/Guide Service (1-13 people: small group with a driver who also provides basic commentary; 14-45 people: bus tour, actual arrangement will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day).
- Due to unpredictable factors such as traffic, weather, holidays, or crowds, arrival times may vary. According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for drivers is 10 hours. To ensure driver safety and trip stability, the itinerary may be adjusted based on actual conditions, including reducing time at sightseeing spots, changing the order of visits, or canceling certain locations. The Nihonbashi e-LINER is an all-electric scheduled water bus connecting Nihonbashi and Toyosu, and the first such route in Japan operated by a private company. The approximately 25-minute journey starts from historic Nihonbashi and travels slowly along the canals to Toyosu by Tokyo Bay. Along the way, you can enjoy the modern skyline, riverside scenery, and bridges, experiencing the unique charm of Tokyo as a 'city of water' from a different perspective.

Tokyo Tower, a landmark still beloved by Tokyo residents, offers an impressive view of the city's beautiful landscape with its iconic red and white structure. From the Main Deck (150m), you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the city, including skyscrapers, parks, temples, shrines, Tokyo Bay, and distant mountains. If you leave the tour group midway, the transaction will be considered void, and no refunds will be issued. You will be solely responsible for any consequences regarding your personal safety and property resulting from such actions.
