- If you bring your own reference image, please consider whether you are willing to accept potential overtime fees or the need for additional sessions to complete the work.
- Oil paints may stain clothing and are difficult to wash off. Although the studio provides aprons for participants, there is still a possibility of accidental staining.

If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. Cancellations made 21 days or more before the selected date will be fully refunded (0% handling fee). Cancellations made between 11-20 days before the selected date will incur a 30% handling fee. Cancellations made between 0-10 days before the selected date are non-refundable (100% handling fee), and 30% of the ticket price will be charged to cover incurred costs.
It is recommended to wear dark-colored clothing or clothes you don't mind getting dirty on the day of the event.
If you need to reschedule, please cancel your ticket and rebook, or contact us to make a note for changes! No refunds or exchanges will be accepted within ten days before the day of the event.
Only ticket holders are allowed to participate; non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate.
Doors open 15 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth running of the activity, please do not be late. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes will not be admitted and no refunds will be provided.
You must comply with the event venue rules and follow the instructor's directions. You are responsible for any damages caused by violations.
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Muke will proactively contact you to reschedule or provide a refund.
If you discontinue participation for reasons not attributable to Muke Studio, no refund will be provided.
In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Muke will proactively contact you to reschedule or provide a refund. In the case of a typhoon, the suspension of work and classes announced by the local government where the event is held will be the standard for cancellation and refunds, regardless of the participant's location.
The event will be filmed by the organizer as needed and uploaded to the fan page after the event. The organizer may use photos or videos containing your image for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the studio staff on-site, and we will take note and make special arrangements.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
