Guests must be at least 90cm tall to use the facilities.
Children under 90cm in height are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a paying guest.
Non-slip socks are required in certain areas(2F). (Available for purchase on-site.)
Some facilities have separate operating hours. Please check the schedule on-site.
For your safety, you must follow all instructions from the staff. Any issues caused by failure to follow staff instructions will be the guest's responsibility.
An additional fee of 2,500 KRW will be charged for every 10 minutes exceeding the allotted time. Payment must be made on-site.
If the maximum capacity is reached, entry may be restricted and waiting times may occur. Refunds will not be provided for these reasons.

2. Present the QR code included in the voucher at the ticket counter.
3. Follow the staff's instructions to enter.

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
