Product Info

Begin your journey at the sprawling India Gate Lawn, where the towering 42-meter-high sandstone arch greets you with its grandeur. Admire the intricate inscriptions of the soldiers’ names and the Amar Jawan Jyoti, the eternal flame burning in honor of India’s fallen heroes.

Stroll along the Rajpath, the ceremonial boulevard that connects India Gate to the Rashtrapati Bhavan (President’s House). The wide, tree-lined avenue is perfect for soaking in the grandeur of Lutyens’ Delhi. Along the way, marvel at the symmetry of the gardens and fountains, which create a serene and picturesque setting.

Next, visit the adjacent National War Memorial, a modern tribute to India’s soldiers who laid down their lives post-independence. Walk through its circular pathways, explore the engraved panels, and reflect on the sacrifices of the armed forces. The central obelisk and eternal flame serve as poignant reminders of India’s brave defenders.

Conclude your walking tour by exploring the vibrant atmosphere around India Gate. Enjoy local street food from nearby vendors, with options like bhel puri, ice cream, and chana jor garam, while taking in the lively energy of visitors and families.
