【Child Seat and Luggage Policy】
・This service uses legally licensed vehicles. Under Japanese law, child seats are not mandatory. One child booster seat can be provided free of charge if requested in advance (please note in your booking).
・A fee of JPY 2,500 applies for each additional seat from the second one onwards; please note this when booking. A child seat takes up approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect passenger comfort and luggage space; please be aware of this.
・Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches. Oversized luggage or strollers must be notified in advance and will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
・If you are unable to board due to exceeding the passenger or luggage capacity, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the traveler.
【Vehicle Arrangement and Service Area】
・Vehicles may be replaced with others of the same class depending on daily availability; specific vehicle models cannot be requested.
・If you would like a custom route, please provide your itinerary when booking for customer service confirmation.
・Service Area: Within 300 km from your hotel in Tokyo. Cross-regional travel (e.g., Mt. Fuji + Hakone) will incur an additional service fee.
・Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to designated areas: hotels or guesthouses within Tokyo. Locations outside this area will incur an additional deadhead fee (JPY 5,000–20,000).
・Urayasu, the Disney area, and Haneda Airport are not included in the Tokyo pick-up/drop-off area; a one-way surcharge (JPY 5,000–10,000) will apply if these locations are requested.
【Private Charter Car Service Hours】
・Standard service duration: 10 hours. Overtime fees apply at JPY 5,000 per hour.
・For pick-up/drop-off in different locations (e.g., Mt. Fuji/Hakone), the service duration is 8 hours; for other regions, time must be reserved for the vehicle to return empty.
【Additional Reminders】
・Driver contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before use). Please wait at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance.
・Communication: In some areas, LINE IDs cannot be added; it is recommended to use WhatsApp, WeChat, or email for contact.
・The private charter car service does not include guided tours inside attractions; the driver will wait for you outside. If you require a guided tour, please note this when booking so customer service can confirm the service fee. Additional attraction entrance fees/parking fees must be paid separately. The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopover, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or remove attractions based on actual circumstances. If cable cars, cruise ships, or other facilities are closed due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or stopover times will be adjusted. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, changes to meeting points, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Any accidents or additional costs incurred after leaving the group are the responsibility of the individual.
Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be waited for, and you cannot join the group midway. We recommend wearing light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.
The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance; it is recommended that you purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks; please carefully consider your own health condition before registering.
If the trip is forced to be cancelled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, no refund will be given, and the traveler will be responsible for the return trip or additional accommodation costs.
During peak travel periods in Japan, such as holidays and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen trains, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own light snacks and a power bank.
The driver does not speak English, but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. If you require an English-speaking driver, please note this when placing your order for customer service confirmation. If this can be arranged, an additional JPY 5,000 designation fee will be charged.
If you need to adjust or change your order information after booking, please inform us no later than two days before your trip. Changes requested the day before or on the day of your trip cannot be accommodated.
The private charter car service is valid for 10 hours per day. During the private charter car period, the service cannot be suspended or delayed. If the customer ends the trip early within the private charter car period, no refund will be given, and the service cannot be carried over to the next day.
If your departure or arrival point is outside of Tokyo city limits, the empty driving time will be deducted or an additional fare may apply, depending on the actual situation. Please provide the correct pick-up and drop-off address when placing your order so that customer service can confirm.
Departure time cannot be changed on the day of the trip (for example, if you booked a 10:00 AM departure the day before, but the private charter car time is delayed by one hour due to customer reasons, the charter time will still be counted from 10:00 AM). In case of traffic congestion, the driver will adjust the route or order of the trip according to the actual situation and may suggest a return time to ensure a smooth trip. If the service time is exceeded, an overtime fee will be charged according to the vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.
