8-Day Lhasa to Mount Everest Base Camp Group Tour

* We reserve the right to change the order of the Lhasa itinerary and the attractions;

* If you wish to book your own hotel instead of the hotel included in the group tour, please meet the other members at the group's hotel on time each day. Transfers to and from your self-booked hotel are not included.

* On the first and last day of the trip, we need to pick up and drop off all group members at Lhasa Airport/Railway Station, so only the driver may be present and there may not be a tour guide accompanying them;

* Due to the unique nature of tourism in Tibet, any unforeseen and unavoidable objective circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, disturbances, strikes, public health emergencies, government actions, severe traffic congestion, flight/train delays or cancellations, temporary closure of attractions, etc., that lead to changes in the itinerary, will incur additional costs borne by the traveler. If any attraction visit must be cancelled due to the same reasons mentioned above, Greater Tibet Tourism will not be liable for refunds, except for refunds of specific attraction tickets, which will be determined separately by Greater Tibet Tourism.

* Due to geographical and climatic conditions, accommodations at the Mount Everest Base Camp are relatively basic. For a better travel experience, we recommend Rongbuk Monastery Hotel. However, rooms are limited, especially during peak season. Therefore, if you wish to stay at Rongbuk Monastery Hotel, please contact us in advance; as prices differ, we can upgrade your accommodation.

* If any group members wish to continue to Kathmandu, we will see them off at the Gyirong border. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to explore the Gyirong Valley, known as the "back garden of the Himalayas."

* All members of the same group must travel with the same tour guide throughout the trip. Therefore, all members must follow the same itinerary and visit the same attractions. If anyone requests changes to the booking for personal reasons, permission from the other members is required, and any resulting costs will apply.
