1. All services are available by reservation only, so please arrive on time for your scheduled reservation. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be available.
2. As this salon is popular among local customers, your preferred date and time may not be available. In this case, our CS team will contact you via email or messenger.
3. Customers of all ages are welcome to receive services, and the price remains the same regardless of age.
4. Additional charges apply for styling services such as wave or straight blow-drying. Please pay the additional fee in KRW at the salon.
