Luggage Storage Policy
You can store your luggage while you use the spa.
As there is no dedicated luggage storage space, items must be left at the front desk; therefore, please keep your valuables safe at home. Please
take special care to prevent the loss of valuables and cash. We would like to inform you in advance that neither the Spa nor the company bears any liability for the loss of valuables under any circumstances.

🔸 Other Information
We recommend arriving early for your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled as a NO SHOW.
(Changes and refunds are not possible.)
For safety reasons, individuals under the influence of alcohol, pregnant women outside of regulations, and the elderly may be refused service. In such cases, refunds are not available.
If you have any personal medical conditions or specific circumstances (allergies, medication use, pregnancy, body parts to avoid, etc.), please check with the spa staff in advance before proceeding.
