  • Question 2: We offer pick-up and drop-off services from New Chitose Airport or JR Minami-Chitose Station (additional 5,000 yen per group). This is recommended for travelers who do not use rental cars, etc. If you wish to use this service, please let us know when making your reservation and provide your desired pick-up location and arrival time. Optional fee - pick-up option (New Chitose Airport/JR Minami-Chitose Station): 5,000 yen *Payment can be made in cash on-site or in advance (depending on Activity Japan's system settings).

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • The tour will be canceled if the guide determines that safety cannot be ensured due to severe weather (heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, etc.) or a sudden increase in river water levels or turbidity. We will contact you by 5:00 PM the day before the tour. (Please note that in the event of a sudden change in weather, the decision to cancel may be made on the morning of the tour.) In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.
