- All instructors at this ski school hold valid Japanese work visas and possess international ski instructor certifications and legal teaching qualifications.

- Please arrive at the venue 40 minutes before class starts. Please rent or put on your equipment beforehand (those who already have equipment rented only need to arrive 5 minutes early). Please prepare some small change and essentials for the ski resort. Lockers are available for a fee. Please plan your transportation in advance.
- Family-friendly, the coaches will accompany everyone in a joyful learning experience.
- Don't worry if you fall, because the coach is right there.
