Our company uses luxury vehicles for all transfers, avoiding standard models to ensure a more comfortable and safer travel experience. All vehicles are primarily new cars (less than one year old) or brand-new luxury models in excellent condition, regularly maintained and cleaned to provide a high-quality travel environment. FIJI natural mineral water is provided complimentaryly in the vehicles throughout the journey, allowing you to stay hydrated and enjoy our attentive service. Our professional drivers are familiar with local roads, ensuring punctual pick-up and drop-off throughout the trip, providing a safe, comfortable, and prestigious travel experience. We value the travel quality of every passenger and are committed to providing a comfortable, safe, and high-quality private car service.

1. The daily charter service time is 10 hours (calculated from the agreed departure time).

2. After 10 hours, an additional USD 50 will be charged for each hour; any period less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour.

3. The itinerary can be arranged freely according to the traveler's needs. It is recommended to inform the traveler of the attractions and routes in advance so as to plan the best itinerary.

4. If the service time is extended due to the passenger's personal factors (such as lateness, last-minute changes to the itinerary, etc.), the overtime fee will be calculated based on the actual overtime.

5. Please understand that the travel time may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures, or other force majeure events.

6. Please meet at the designated location at the agreed time. If there are any changes to the pick-up location or time, please notify us in advance so that we can make arrangements.

7. If you need assistance booking hotels, attraction tickets, winery experiences, hot air balloon rides, or wine trains, please contact us in advance and we will assist with the arrangements.

8. This service is a private car charter service, not shared with other passengers, providing a comfortable, safe and convenient travel experience.

9. This product is a fixed-route itinerary, and the service area is mainly based on the attractions and areas listed in each plan. If you need to adjust the route or exceed the original itinerary's service area, please contact customer service in advance for confirmation; if it can be arranged, an additional price will be charged according to the actual itinerary.
